The Bucking Bull Exchange is not an Auction Service.  Although we are referred to as an “Online Auction” web site it is important to realize that we are not a traditional "auctioneer." Instead, TBBE acts as a venue to allow bucking stock breeders to buy and sell stock in an auction-style format commonly referred to as "online auctions" or "auctions." We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. As a result, we have no control over the quality, health, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell livestock or the ability of buyers to pay for livestock.  We cannot ensure that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction. Consequently, we do not transfer legal ownership of livestock from the seller to the buyer, all transactions are made between the seller and the highest bidder at the close of the auction.

The Bucking Bull Exchange is not a Classifieds.
We are not a website to advertise stock for sale.  By placing stock for sale on The Bucking Bull Exchange you are consigning them to be sold to the highest bidder.  Also by placing stock for sale on The Bucking Bull Exchange you are agreeing to all terms and conditions set forth by TBBE and will adhere to all consignor rules.  Failure to follow rules will forfeit your right to use The Bucking Bull Exchange  services as a seller and buyer.

If you would like to consign livestock
to be sold to the highest bidder by TBBE, please read the following.
The Bucking Bull Exchange ( TBBE ) only offers one lot per category to be auctioned off at a time.  A lot may consist of rodeo livestock, semen, embryos, breeding services etc. The 3 categories consist of: Bulls, Cows/Heifers, Semen/Embryos/Breeding Services.  Lot numbers will be assigned at a first come first serve basis.

When it is your turn for your lot number to receive bids you will be able to submit pictures, pedigree, and information to be viewed at The Bucking Bull Exchange Sale Pen.

By consigning an item to be sold on TBBE you have the right to post a reserve to be met.  A reserve is the minimum bid that you will accept on the item consigned.

Reserves under $1,000.00 - By consigning livestock on TBBE and setting a reserve of any amount over $0.01 but under $1,000.00, you are agreeing to pay a 5% commission fee of the highest bid to TBBE if your reserve is met.  If your reserve is not met you are not obligated to pay a 5% commission fee.  TBBE will post a date when the 5% commission fee of the highest bid is due. Failure to pay the fee by the due date will forfeit your right to use TBBE services as a seller and buyer, and your delinquency will be made known on the web site. A no sale fee of $50.00 will apply to all pens that do not met the reserve.

Reserves of $1,000.00 or more - By consigning an item on TBBE and setting a reserve for any amount over $999.99,  you are agreeing to pay a "deposit" of $50.00 (US dollars only)  to TBBE, should your reserve not get met. At the close of the auction it is your responsibility to contact the highest bidder and must work out all payment and delivery details with the bidder.  The Bucking Bull Exchange (TBBE) is not responsible for delivery or payment options.  It is the consignors responsibility to have all health and brand papers available at the time of purchase.
